Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Kadi mobile application, website and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age where you live. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your device and account, and activity performed through your account.

2. The Service

Kadi provides card games against players and computer-controlled agents, open and private tables, statistics, tournaments, hints and related social features. Features and rules may be updated for balance, safety or reliability.

3. Fair play

You must not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play using unauthorised tools, interfere with games or servers, harass players, impersonate others, manipulate results, or use the Service unlawfully. We may restrict accounts that breach these rules.

4. Credits and prizes

Kadi may award virtual points or credits. Unless expressly stated otherwise, virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable outside the Service. Free tournament prizes are promotional game credits, not cash winnings.

5. Forfeits and disconnections

Leaving or failing to act in a started game may be recorded as a forfeit or loss under the displayed rules. Games that never start may be cancelled without affecting statistics. Network failures do not always prevent a forfeit.

6. Conduct and content

Names, messages and other content you submit must not be abusive, deceptive, illegal or infringe another person’s rights. We may remove content and restrict access to protect the community.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, artwork, branding and original content, belongs to Kadi or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use it.

8. Availability

Games may be interrupted by maintenance, networks or technical faults. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and updates may be required to continue using the Service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Kadi is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss from use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using Kadi or delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for breaches, risks to users, fraud, unlawful conduct or threats to the Service.

11. Privacy, changes and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. We may update these Terms and publish the effective date here. For questions, use the support/contact option in the app.
